DMITRY STREZHNEV

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
CEO of EuroChem since 2003. Member of the Board of Directors since 2007.

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Dmitry has extensive experience in business administration, particularly in large industrial corporations.

During his career, Dmitry has served as the Head of Agrodortekhsnab LLP and Tekhsnab-2000 LLC – trading companies that sell road and construction machinery and provide maintenance work. He was also deputy director of Dorstroykomplekt CJSC, before becoming Director General of JSC Likino Bus Plant.

Prior to EuroChem, Dmitry held executive positions in the automobile industry at RusPromAvto LLC, and GAZ OJSC.

Dmitry is a member of the Board of Directors of SUEK OJSC.

Dmitry Strezhnev is the beneficiary of 7.8% of EuroChem Group SE, EuroChem’s parent company.

QUALIFICATIONS

Dmitry graduated with honours from Lomonosov Moscow State University with a degree in Physics and has an MBA from the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation.

CLARK DILLON BAILEY

MINING DIRECTOR

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Clark is responsible for EuroChem’s mining activities, which currently include the Kovdorskiy GOK phosphate rock and iron ore mining facility, the development of our two potash deposits in Russia and a phosphate rock project in Kazakhstan.

Prior to EuroChem, Clark worked at PotashCorp as Senior Vice President, Projects and Technical Services from 2007 to 2012, as well as Director & General Manager – Capital Projects (PCS Nitrogen) and Vice President, Operations (PCS Nitrogen). Prior to his 16 years at PotashCorp, Clark spent 15 years at Fish Engineering & Construction Inc.

QUALIFICATIONS

Clark is a mechanical engineer, a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME).

VALERY ROGALSKIY

SALES DIRECTOR

Valery has worked in the fertilizer business since 1992 and during this timhas been based in Cyprus, the UK and the Netherlands as well as in Russia. From 1996 to 2002 he worked as Commercial Director of V.T.I. Group, a fertilizer production, transport and distribution business. Before becoming Sales Director, Valery was Head of the Fertilizer Sales Department.

QUALIFICATIONS

Valery graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute, Faculty of Automation and Computer Engineering with a degree in Applied Mathematics.

ALEXANDER TUGOLUKOV

MINERAL FERTILIZER DIRECTOR

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

From 1984 to 1994 Alexander worked at Gorlovka JSC Concern Stirol in Ukraine, where he held positions ranging from Engineer to Deputy Engineering Director. In 1994 he was appointed Engineering Director and later Chief Vice-President for Technology Development at Stirol, which became one of the leading Ukrainian producers of nitrogen.

QUALIFICATIONS

Alexander graduated from the Dnipropetrovsk Institute of Chemistry and Technology with a degree in Inorganic Matter Engineering and Technology. During his career he has earned the title ‘Honoured Ukrainian Chemist,’ in addition to a Rank II Medal for Service to the Russian Chemical Industry

IGOR NECHAEV

LOGISTICS DIRECTOR

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

From 1988 to 1995 Igor served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, and from 1995 to 2005 he was employed at Severstal, where he worked his way up from a specialist in the Foreign Relations Department of the Sales Directorate to Commercial Director. From 2002 to 2006 Mr Nechaev was a member of the Board of Directors of Severstal, and from 2008 to 2010 he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of Severstal Vtorchermet and Severo-Zapad Ogneupor.

QUALIFICATIONS

In 1988 Igor graduated from Cherepovets Higher Military Engineering School of Radio Electronics. In 2006 he received an MBA from Northumbria University Business School (Newcastle, UK). Mr Nechaev is holder of the Academician Bardin Award for his work ‘The Use of Converter Steel for Production of Cast Sections in Electric-Furnace Steelmaking Shop’.

ANDREY ILYIN

Chief Financial Officer

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

In 1993 Andrey started his career with Price Waterhouse in Moscow. From 1997 to 2004 he worked in London-based investment bank Nomura International, and later in Sindicatum Ltd, where he had equity research and investment banking responsibilities. Before joining EuroChem he was the CFO of MDM Bank in Moscow.

QUALIFICATIONS

Andrey graduated with honours from the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the Finance Academy of the Russian Federation. He also holds a Certificate with honours in International Banking and Finance from London School of Economics. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACCA, UK).

IGOR SCHELKUNOV

ADMINISTRATIVE DIRECTOR

BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE

Igor joined EuroChem in 2005 as deputy administrative director and ran the department for HR policies. Igor accumulated many years of experience at Yuganskneftegaz, a prominent Russian oil company. In 1988, he began his career as an oil and gas production operator, later taking on various management responsibilities in different divisions within the company. From 1997 to 2005 he was responsible for the company’s HR policy, first as division head and later as the deputy head of the HR department and then HR Director.

QUALIFICATIONS

Igor graduated from the Tyumen Industrial Institute with a degree in technology and integrated mechanisation of the development of oil and gas deposits.
